Actor Archie Alemania is fighting back against accusations made by Kapuso actress Rita Daniela.
Rita filed a case of acts of lasciviousness against the former “Bubble Gang” star after he allegedly kissed and made lewd remarks towards her.
Rita revealed that Archie allegedly harassed her on September 9, after she attended a thanksgiving party for their “Widows’ War” co-star Bea Alonzo, in Quezon City.
Rita’s complaint affidavit statement : “That being a public figure, a contractual artist with reputation to protect, it is very difficult for me to file the instant case but the trauma I was and am experiencing brought about by the incident gave me courage to face the consequences and file the instant case against the respondent,”
In the online show “Showbiz Now Na,” of award-winning showbiz journalist and online host Cristy Fermin mentioned that She had spoken to Archie about the issue.
According to Nay Cristy, the actor strongly denied Rita’s accusations. Archie said that there was no assault or any form of abuse when they met and were together at the event.
Cristy Fermin also said that Archie’s lawyer is preparing a counter-affidavit to be filed against Rita’s complaint.
The online host also reported that Rita approached Archie at the event to express her feelings about some personal matters.
Archie reportedly gave Rita some advices, treating her like a younger sister, about not wanting to attend Bea’s party anymore because She feels ganged up on.
“Umiiyak pa si Rita, lumapit pa kay Archie itong si Rita at sabi Kuya, ayoko nang mag-attend pa ng ganitong party kasi parang pinagkakaisahan naman nila ako,” Cristy stated.
Cristy continues : “Ang sabi ni Archie, hindi ka pinagkakaisahan, sinasabihan ka lang para matuto kang maki-join sa kanila. So ang tanong ni Archie, kung talagang binabastos ko siya ba’t siya sa akin lumapit para magsumbong,
“Nagpaliwanag siya, lahat po ng kwentong ‘yan ay hindi nangyari. Hindi po totoo yan,” Cristy added.
